BACK TILE PUNCHES
Most of these punches have an innovative system which balances the pressure of pressing in the piece by means of an oil chamber. They are called isostatic punches. This system solves the problem when there is a difference in compactness.
MGPV
it consists in a chamber where the oil is moving free, located between the resin and the metal.
MGPVT
introduction of a steel punch in the oil chamber of the MGPV punch, avoiding undulations produced by the feeder car.
MGV-1
mechanizing of the steel punch of the MGPVT, to remove all undulations and shadows produced by back side of the tile on the good face and keep thickness constantly of the tile.
MRPV
a system based on the mechanization of of plenty of chambers intercommunicated to achieve a greater number of controls during the compactation process. The nerves in punch coincide with the ones of the rib grill, so there is not compensation on these points and surface on the tile is perfectly
on a plane. This system is ideal for all kind of ceramic powder but in special for porcelanic body because it keeps the thickness constantly in spite of high pressures in the pressing process.
