Stability of temperature.
We can get a higher stability in the temperature of the mould by having 16 areas of control instead of only one. In this way, the reliability of the working system is higher and we save energy by controlling it better and activating only the area where it is necessary to correct the temperature.

Straight to net 380 V.
A lower consumption of reactive power, as the transformer is no longer needed, therefore we save buying and keeping it. We decrease the intensity fl owing through the electrical circuit of the mould, which allows us to use narrower cables that cost less money and improve the environment since we don´t have to use so many meters of coper per mould.
The electrical points to be connected are organised in separate boxes within the mould. The different areas and elements which have to be connected are clearly specifi ed. In this way, we make it easier and at the same time decrease the risk of mistakes when making the connections.
