Stability of temperature.
We can get a higher stability in the temperature of the mould by having 16 areas of control instead of only one. In this way, the reliability of the working system is higher and we save energy by controlling it better and activating only the area where it is necessary to correct the temperature.

A lower consumption of reactive power, as the transformer is no longer needed, therefore we save buying and keeping it. We decrease the intensity fl owing through the electrical circuit of the mould, which allows us to use narrower cables that cost less money and improve the environment since we don´t have to use so many meters of coper per mould.
The electrical points to be connected are organised in separate boxes within the mould. The different areas and elements which have to be connected are clearly specifi ed. In this way, we make it easier and at the same time decrease the risk of mistakes when making the connections.

THE MACER MOULDS

Protection covers for wired, resistance terminals and perfectly seled coils to avoid powder entrance and humidity.

The Macer Moulds are carried out for an operation and manipulation with the minimun risk for the security and the user health, according to applicable European regulation.

Disposition of security mechanic stops that prevent the mobile parts of the mould exceeding the operation limits.

Components in tension ( wired, risistances and coils), are prepared in covered cavities of the mould, so that they are no essily or accidentally accesible. Visual indication of location of these components by means of pictograms and colour codes.

These structured punches are in ceramic world since many years ago.

These structured punches are in ceramic world since many years ago, but acctually with Inkjet technology, which is growing in this ceramic world, that there isn't any contact with the tile at the printing time with difference that is happenining with rotaries machines or screen printing machines , so it allow us to work with very deep models until 10 mm height with different exterior silhouettes of different geometries.

STRUCTURED PUNCHES OR RELIEF PUNCHES They are punches to press structured or relief tiles for rustic productions, special decorated tiels, geometrical structures, woods or a lot of no smooth tiles.

BACH TILE PUNCHES, Most of these punches have an innovative system which balances the pressure of pressing in the piece by means of an oil chamber.

UNIQUE CALIBRE

Actually the achievement for a unique calibre in tiles productions is very important and very difficult to get it.

The usual tests are very tedious and imprecisse to get this unique calibre. The technology developed in Macer, automatize theses tests giving us great realiability anf precision, so it allows us that all tiles will have same calibre. This system allow us that all tiles will have same apparent density, and it means will have same calibre, independent of the changes in the powder humidity or in the differences generates during the mould charging.

This new system allow decrease the production problems, increase the quality for final product, cost redution, and the process improvement and reduce the sorage space for final product.

MOBILE RISER, endows to the mould capacity of regulating autonomously the load of ceramic powder in each cavities and yhis way, to correct the compacting differences trat arise among pieces.

SILICON BELLOW AND ALUIMINIUM FRAME , The Silicon bellow it's protecting the space between bottom plate and the eject plate avoiding the powder entrance, the difference that traditional bellow has not these property. The aluminium frame its fuction is avoid the bellow breakage protecting it for a bad desaireation of the press.

INTERIOR HEATING SYSTEM, Whit this system we get a multidirectional heating transfer andconsequently an uniform expansion of the die box.

INTERIOR CLEANING SYSTEM, System works by means of air pulses produced in every pressing avoiding big acumulations of powder between risers.

PERMANENT MAGNETIC PLATE , With a electric pulse the upper punches become magnetized and it keeps them magnetized to the upper plate without connetions.
