Macer technology is a unique manufacturing feature that we include in our products.

The manufacturing process of a standard complete ceramic mould entails finishing over 50 pieces in greater or lesser precision depending on their function and location within the final assembly. Among the pieces, some have a unique feature with a seal of origin: Macer Mould Technology.

  • Removable liners, which may be detached in the mould mounted on the press, have replaced fixed liners in a multitude of cases, as they have a series of advantages over them.

  • The internal cleaning system is an internal circuit located on the eject plate, which removes the residual powder that accumulates between the magnetic blocks of the mould during the powder loading process.

  • Moulds for big slabs must have reinforced heating elements, as dimension increasing needs higher calorific contribution. For that reason all moulds for big slabs produced by Macer include his kind of heating system with a double set of tubular heating elements.
