Heating system
Moulds for big slabs must have reinforced heating elements, as dimension increasing needs higher calorific contribution. For that reason all moulds for big slabs produced by Macer include his kind of heating system with a double set of tubular heating elements.
Estándar: Standard heating system is assembled in corners and along the diebox, covering all perimeter of that one in the below part. They are more fitting for homogeneous heating distribution in the moulds for producing big slabs
Interior: Interior heating system is assembled inside drills made in the die box and all mould pieces in contact with the punches (magnetic blocks, and plates for holding punches)
