Punch extraction and sliding systems
The punch extraction and sliding system facilitates their movement.
As formats have grown, moulds and punches have had to grow, reaching weights that can no longer be transported or moved without technological support. Therefore, we have developed elements which facilitate this movement.
Hydraulic extraction system for lower punches
Hydraulic system incorporated inside the mould so that a hydraulic piston, incorporated in the lower magnetic block, when activated raises the lower punch for extraction at a height above the matrix, to allow movement outside the mould.
Sliding system for punch extraction
System designed for movement from a loading system to the cavity of the mould (and vice versa). This system, depending on the type of mould and punches used, may be unique for upper and lower punches.
